The first step in nearly every project involving an existing building is a visit to site by a member of Cannon Clarke’s team of surveyors. This visit will be pre-arranged at a time to suit you and the aim will be to fully understand your needs and to enable a specification to be drawn up and quoted for when your survey report is issued to you shortly afterwards.

Our surveyors are experienced and appropriately trained in a wide range of different building-related problems and are focussed on finding the most cost-effective solution for your situation. The majority of surveys will be carried out free of charge. Under some circumstances it may be necessary for us to charge for the visit and report and this will be confirmed at the time you book your survey.
