As well as our primary services of treating dampness and water ingress above and below ground, and the decay and infestation of timber, Cannon-Clarke can provide a range of ancillary services so that our customers can trust us to cover all aspects of any project without having to organise their own secondary contractors.

The most commonly required services are as follows:

• Carpentry – for the removal and replacement of skirting boards and the repair of damaged floorboards, joists and lintels;
• Plumbing – for the removal, relocation or replacement of radiators to allow damp proofing and re-plastering works;
• Electrical works – to isolate, relocate or install sockets and light switches when these are affected by our damp proofing and structural waterproofing treatments;
• Grit blasting works – to prepare certain surfaces to receive our dampproofing and waterproofing systems;
• Rubbish removal – the disposal of all waste materials arising from our works, usually by a rubbish skip, to fully-licensed recycling or disposal facilities.

In addition to these services, Cannon Clarke will organise any other aspect of your project on request.

The ancillary services are generally carried out by Cannon Clarke’s fully trained employees although some services may on occasion be sub-contracted to selected partners. Plumbing and electrical services will be carried out by CORGI and NICEIC registered tradesmen respectively.

All ancillary services will be separately identified in any quotation so that customers can ensure they obtain full value for money on these aspects of their project.
