Cannon-Clarke is a long-established company with an annual turnover in excess of £1.2 million and an excellent record of responding to claims on the very rare occasions where our work has not been 100% successful. Nevertheless some of our customers wish to take out an insurance policy which will back up the company guarantee in a situation where the company is no longer in a position to respond. This is especially popular with customers who wish to sell their property with the benefit of an insurance-backed guarantee in force and is insisted upon by a number of mortgage lenders

These optional insurance-backed guarantees are provided through  Permagard Limited and backed by Lloyds of London and will be offered for all work quoted by the company at a small additional cost.
