All of our operational teams are employed long-term by Cannon Clarke. On the few occasions when we need to employ sub-contractors to deliver ancilliary services these are carefully selected on qualifications and experience and then managed closely under the direct control of Cannon Clarke.

OUR PROJECTS – Cannon Clarke generally works on the refurbishment of older residential buildings where we are contracted directly to the owner. However, a significant part of our business is now on commercial premises, structural waterproofing in new build projects, and as a sub-contractor to a main construction contractor. Using a standard form of contract our projects range in sub-contract value from £250 to £50,000 and may range in duration from a few days to over a month.
