OUR PROJECTS – Cannon Clarke generally works on the refurbishment of older residential buildings where we are contracted directly to the owner. However, a significant part of our business is now on commercial premises, structural waterproofing in new-build projects, and as a sub-contractor to a main construction contractor. Using a standard form of contract our projects range in sub-contract value from £250 to £50,000 and may range in duration from a few days to over a month.
